Every Renter agrees to the Spinlister Rental Agreement before they are allowed to rent. In the agreement, all Renters agree to take responsibility for doing a safety check on the bike before taking it from the Lister. Additionally, Renters agree they will not hold Spinlister or the Lister liable for any injury sustained during the rental. We know you don't want to read convoluted, legal documents online so we broke this part of the rental agreement down into layman's terms. Before they are allowed to confirm a rental, all Renters must agree to take responsibility for any personal injury or material damage that takes place during the rental period.
