Once you have sent a rental request and the Lister has approved it, you will be able to confirm and pay for the reservation. You will receive a message as soon as the Lister has approved the rental request you sent. Once this happens, you will be asked to either confirm and pay for the rental or cancel it.
To confirm your rental, you must use a credit or debit card that is valid in the United States, we do not accept pre-paid cards. After payment is processed, you will receive a final order confirmation via email and we will reveal the pickup/dropoff area to you. We also send the Lister a confirmation so they will know to save the date for you.
Rental service fees
Spinlister charges a 12.5% service fee from the renter on top of the rental price.
Applying a promo code
If you entered a promo code, it will automatically be used toward your rental cost. If you have multiple codes, the one with the highest value will be applied first.

After you have confirmed the rental, you're all set! You now have access to the pickup spot and you're ready to ride. Remember, if you have any questions at all, don't hesitate to ask the other party! Quite often, the key to a good rental experience is consistent communication between the Renter and the Lister.
