This may seem like the most obvious piece of advice that you'll ever see in a help center...but seriously, the easiest way to earn on Spinlister is to just check your profile!

Make sure that you're taking these steps to ensure that you don't miss ride requests:

1. Verify that your username on Spinlister is linked to an email that you check regularly. If you're using an older email, please send a message to hello@spinlister.com with the new email that you would like to use and our team will update your profile.

2. Confirm that the verified phone number on your account is still active. If your listed phone number is no longer active, please send a message to hello@spinlister.com and request that your old number be deleted to allow you to verify your preferred phone number.
