Users pay with credit card through the app or website when they confirm a rental. Once the rental is complete, Spinlister will send your money every Friday (minus our 17.5% listing fee) via, Direct Deposit (Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States), Debit Card (US Only) or Paypal.
MUST READ: DIRECT DEPOSIT and DEBIT CARD accounts are paid out every Friday. These payout periods consist of the rental revenue generated from the previous week, Monday-Sunday. PAYPAL accounts are paid out on the first Friday of the month for the previous month's rentals.
Be sure to select your payout method under "Settings" so we know where to send the money. You can check your current Spinlister balance here as well.
To change your payment method, click "Settings" on the drop-down menu
Click "Account Balance and Payout", then choose your payout method
Unfortunately, we do not allow cash payments on Spinlister - we need each renter's credit card information as collateral to protect our listers' assets in the event of damage or theft.
Accepting cash will void your $1,000 Spinlister Guarantee and will make it so your renter is not subject to our Spinlister Rental Agreement. It's possible that you would be liable for any injury that the renter sustains during their reservation because the Spinlister Rental Agreement is voided as soon as the Lister accepts cash for a rental. Also, since accepting cash is against our terms and conditions, we may be forced to shut down your Spinlister account.
